I was hoping the loyalty points would actually make a difference, but they barely take anything off. It kind of feels like they hype up the rewards, then when you try to use them, it’s suddenly on you to figure out why they’re not worth much. Just left me feeling like the whole thing isn’t really worth the effort

I thought there would be way more strains to choose from?? But the selection felt limited to me... like, a lot of the same basic stuff over and over. There just weren’t many options for what I usually like to buy!!! It might be totally fine for some people, but I got bored fast and ended up checking somewhere else.

I really liked that they offered samples so I could try things out before committing to a bigger order. The site was easy to use, but a few of the items I wanted were out of stock, which was a little disappointing. Overall though, it was still a good experience and I’d probably order again...

I was trying to check out quickly, but I had to attempt the payment twice because the page kept reloading. The order did eventually go through, but the whole process felt slow, messy, and kind of annoying when I was already feeling rushed.

My order arrived well packed, and nothing inside was damaged. The outer box had a little dent on one corner, but everything was fine once I opened it up. Overall, I’d say the packaging was solid and I’d feel comfortable ordering again.

The payment options are okay, honestly. I just wish they had a few more ways to pay, because that would make things a lot easier

I’m giving it 4 stars because the tracking didn’t update much at the beginning and I had to go back and check my email to make sure everything was moving. Overall though, my final take is that the order accuracy was solid and I’d be comfortable ordering again.

The kratom showed up fine and everything was okay with the order. My only issue was the subscription renewed quicker than I expected — I think it was around a week or two later, maybe I’m wrong on the exact timing. I had to reach out to support to change it, which they helped with, but I do wish there were clearer reminders before it renews.

Tried Golden Monk. It was fine. Not bad at all. Just not super strong for me. Some days I felt it good. Other days, same amount, barely much. Shipping was okay. Packaging was normal. No problems there. For the price, I kinda expected more. Might grab it again if it’s on sale

Tracking said it shipped, but it never updated after that and nothing ever arrived. it feels like the package was handled carelessly, because nobody seemed to know where it was or what happened to it. Really frustrating experience.

I’ll give them credit, the issue with my order did get fixed in the end and the support team was polite when they got back to me. That said, it was frustrating having to wait around for updates and follow up a couple of times before things really moved along. I do appreciate that they made it right, though, so overall it worked out — I just hope they can be a bit quicker with communication next time

I ordered from goldenmonk.com because I wanted something that seemed clean and not like it was mixed with a bunch of random fillers. To be fair, the product looked fresh when it arrived, the powder was consistent, and there wasn’t any weird smell or anything that made me question it.

One coupon I tried didn’t work at first, but I found another one that did, so it wasn’t a big deal. Shipping was fine too. No complaints there. I’d probably give 5 stars if the coupon codes were a little easier to understand...

Returning the item was more of a hassle than it needed to be, and the refund took way longer than I expected. I guess it did eventually get sorted out, so there’s that, but the whole process definitely wasn’t fun.
